Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel a project within 3 business days of agreement signing, before any work begins.
2. Refunds
- If the project has not started, a full refund will be issued.
- Once work has commenced, refunds will be calculated based on the completed work portion.
- No refunds are possible after project delivery or approval.
3. Service Modifications
Dridi Groupe reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel services due to unforeseen technical or operational issues, with notice provided to the client.
